Some easy but impressive-looking dishes that you can bring to Christmas lunch

Someone please explain me how Christmas is next week... what? Seriously, this year has flown by. Christmas is my favourite holiday of the year. I love celebrating Jesus, family time, slowing right down, food, lots of time outdoors and at the beach, hosting and hospitality. I wanted to share with you some of my fave easy (but looks impressive) dishes that you can bring to the Christmas lunch or dinner. These recipes are also easy to transport if you're not hosting this year!

STARTERS, SALADS & SIDES

Goats cheese & baked honey pears

Exactly what it says. These babies take around 10 minutes to make and is the perfect starter.

Peach, basil & burrata salad.

Guys, this salad is so easy and so good. Less than 4 ingredients and takes literally 3 minutes to whip together.

Rocket, pear and walnut salad

This salad requires zero baking. It's fresh and tastes amazing on the side of any dish.

Roasted balsamic & honey brussels sprouts

If you hate brussels sprouts, I'm sorry, I love them. These are insane. They are sticky, crunchy and delish. Take your greens to the next level this festive season.

Oven roasted cauliflower with tahini sauce

You can serve this one as a whole cauliflower as well.

Fried halloumi bites

I don't even need to explain this one. Yum.

MAINS

Pineapple glazed ham slices

Herb butter maple roasted turkey

Perfect crunchy roasted potatoes

DESSERTS

Healthy Rocky Road

A childhood favourite of mine - made healthy! Dairy free, refine sugar free and gluten free. Video tutorial is on my Instagram here.

Banana Bread

Easy and fluffy banana bread. This recipe works well with any add-ins, we have tried choc-chips, walnuts and frozen berries - all 10/10.

No-bake mango cheesecake

I'm attempting this recipe for Christmas. YUM!

Christmas crumble

Serve with brandy custard or vanilla ice-cream. You're welcome.

Merry Christmas x
