Eat Well is an 80-page downloadable recipe guide that offers some of my personal feel-good recipes in the categories of: breakfast, lunch & dinner and snacks & desserts. The recipes are easy, quick, nourishing and delicious.
State of Wellness has partnered with Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist, Alice Bleathman on this guide. Alice has approved every recipe and calculated the nutrition information for each recipe. When you purchase, you have the option to purchase the version with calories and macros or purchase the version without. There are gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian and refined sugar-free options.
I am overjoyed to share with you the recipes that my family and I enjoy regularly.

Once you have purchased Eat Well: a downloadable recipe guide, you will receive a confirmation email. Shortly after, you will receive a second email with a link to your challenge eBook (as a digital download). All eBook purchases will be sent directly to your email that you use at checkout.
